1. Who We Are
FindPIAttorney.com is an independent online directory listing personal injury attorneys licensed in Florida, New Jersey, and Texas. We are not a law firm, attorney referral service, or legal counsel. We compile our listings from publicly available state bar records.
This Advertising Disclosure is provided in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 C.F.R. Part 255), as well as applicable state bar rules regarding attorney advertising and referral services.
2. How Our Directory Is Populated
The vast majority of attorney profiles on this Site are compiled from publicly available records maintained by:
- The Florida Bar (floridabar.org)
- The New Jersey State Bar Association and related licensing authorities
- The State Bar of Texas (texasbar.com)
These profiles include name, bar number, firm, location, and licensure status. Attorneys do not pay to be included in our standard directory listings. Inclusion in the directory does not indicate that an attorney has consented to or is aware of their listing.
3. Paid & Sponsored Placements
FindPIAttorney.com may offer attorneys and law firms the opportunity to purchase enhanced visibility on our platform. Any such paid placement will be prominently and clearly identified using one or more of the following labels:
Paid placement
Promoted listing
Paid content
Paid placements may appear at the top of search results, city pages, or state pages. However, payment does not influence our editorial content, factual reporting, or the criteria by which any attorney is evaluated or described.
4. No Endorsement
Inclusion in this directory - whether free or paid - does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee of quality by FindPIAttorney.com.
We do not evaluate attorneys' competence, ethics, disciplinary records, case outcomes, client satisfaction ratings, or fitness for any specific legal matter. Any attorney you contact through this directory should be independently evaluated by you prior to retention.
5. Affiliate & Referral Relationships
From time to time, FindPIAttorney.com may display links, banners, or content from third-party services or partners. If we have a material financial relationship with such a third party (e.g., we earn a commission or fee if you click a link or complete an action), this will be disclosed clearly at the point of that content.
We do not receive any commission, fee, or referral payment from attorneys solely because a user contacts or retains them through this directory. Our standard listings are not pay-per-lead.
6. Editorial Independence
All informational articles, guides, and FAQs published on FindPIAttorney.com are written independently for educational purposes. They are not written on behalf of, sponsored by, or influenced by any attorney or law firm. Our editorial content is not legal advice and is not intended to serve as a substitute for professional legal counsel.
7. FTC Compliance
This disclosure is provided in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines requiring clear and conspicuous disclosure of material connections between advertisers and publishers. We are committed to honest and transparent advertising practices.
If you believe any content on this Site fails to meet this standard, please contact us immediately at info@findpiattorney.com.
8. State Bar Rule Compliance
Attorney advertising in Florida, New Jersey, and Texas is governed by specific rules of professional conduct. Attorneys who purchase enhanced listings on FindPIAttorney.com are solely responsible for ensuring that their content, communications, and advertising practices comply with all applicable rules of their state bar, including but not limited to:
- Florida Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 4-7 (Lawyer Advertising)
- New Jersey Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 7.1–7.5 (Information About Legal Services)
- Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct, Part VII (Information About Legal Services)
FindPIAttorney.com is not an attorney referral service as defined under Florida Bar Rule 4-7.22 or any analogous New Jersey or Texas regulation.
